iHeadache Web is currently under development. It will bring together a combination of features for patients, physicians, and researchers.

Patient Benefits

For patients, iHeadache Web will have all of the real time headache tracking features that iHeadache has on the iPhone, iPod Touch and Blackberry. This will allow everyone with an internet connection to use iHeadache. For those with iHeadache, it will sync the headache data seemlessly with their phone. It will add additional features of headache preventative and treatment tracking. We anticipate that iHeadache Web will have a small annual fee.

Physician Benefits

For physicians, iHeadache Web will add an entirely new dynamic to your practice. The patient will enter the data but you will receive the history portion of progress notes before each visit. The summaries of headache data will be correlated with headache preventative therapies so you can quickly determine if patients are responding adequately to changes in therapy. You will also be able to answer questions about your practice that requires the grouping of your patients data such as:

• How your patients as a group do in your practice at various time intervals.
• How prior failed therapies and diagnosis affect prognosis. from your own database of patients.
• How your patient's outcomes compare to your peers.

For example, if a patient new to your practice had chronic daily headache, could you tell them what percentage of the time they can expect to have less than 15 headache days in month #2 of therapy, month #3, etc.? Can you tell them on average how many different therapies you have to try in order to be successful? How prior treatment failures affect their prognosis? This is a small sampling of data that will be available for your practice.

For researchers, we expect to have the largest real-world patient experience database ever collected. We will follow these patients for years.
