If you already own an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad then you can either download iHeadache directly from the app store or you can download the app into iTunes. If you download iHeadache via iTunes then it will be uploaded to your device with the next sync.

Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Buy your device (either an iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad)
2. Download iTunes from Apple for free (What is iTunes?)
   1. Download iTunes
   2. Watch a tutorial on downloading & installing iTunes
   3. Open iTunes on your computer and create an account.
3. Buy the iHeadache app - You can buy it from your device or buy it via iTunes on your computer
4. Sync your iPod Touch with your computer.  Watch a tutorial on how to sync your iPod Touch or iPhone
5. Start iHeadache (Read the quick start guide)
