iHeadache >> iHeadache Provides Quality Data & Metrics to Physicians
Does the therapy you prescribe reduce your patients disability?

If someone asked you "Does the therapy you prescribe reduced your patients disability?", could you prove it did? Would you have actual reports? With iHeadache* and iHeadache Web** (under development) you will be able to provide this information.

These applications will allow you to:

  • Validate changes in your patient’s quality of life.
  • Easily make the diagnosis of "chronic daily headache" and "chronic migraine".  Both diagnoses require a count of the number of days with headaches as well as a count of the number of days that the headaches meet the features of migraine headache.
  • assess for possible analgesic overuse with real time collection of medication usage data.
  • screen for comorbid depression.

Physicians will also be able to look at their patients as a group by diagnosis to see how their patients disability changes over time. The physicians will then be able to compare their practice to their peer's practices.

iHeadache Web is currently under development. Data collected from iHeadache before iHeadache Web is launched will be available.
